|Recommended: YesI Love It — I would definitely recommend a friend to live here. Not only is it convenient to work, it is quiet and secluded. The groundkeepers are always outside, I never have an issue with parking or people in and out the area. And my 2 bedroom is very spacious for me and my son. I love the kitchen space although I don't cook much but its nice to look at and clean.

|Recommended: Yes3 Years Later... Still Here - — I moved into Wabash Manor 3 years ago today and I have to say I still love it here. Even with some staff changes over time the current management staff LaJuane and Shavonnah are always so friendly and eager to help. I have lived in 3 other apartment complexes in the Baltimore area and this is by far the most professional staff.
The landscape is extremely well-kept. Maintenance turn-around time is impeccable, and all of the guys take their job very seriously. They even slept at the complex one weekend when there was a snow storm and they worked day and night to get the sidewalks and streets to a manageable place until the plow trucks were able to come through.
I really lucked up finding this place, its moderately quiet, tucked away behind row houses and away from the main roads, so there is minimal thru traffic. It really is lovely.

|Recommended: YesAlmost 3 Years Later... — I have really grown to love this place I moved here in March 2013, since then the office staff has been upgraded. Lajuan Shavonnah have been super helpful in every way imaginable and are always so warm and welcoming. Maintenance here is awesome as well, they really seem to care about our little community. My puppy loves it here too The landscaping is beautifully kept and there is almost never any litter on the ground which can be hard to find living in Baltimore City. I love the fact that these apartment homes are tucked away from the main roads keeping things quiet and simple. This place truly is a hidden gem, and I'm glad to call it my home. -
