|Recommended: YesThe Place Is Quiet For The Most Part — Nice, quiet, affordable area my only concern is I see some deers late at night roaming in the back of the apartments. I can understand it's a wooded area but that would be my only real concern right now.

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — I felt right at home the moment I talked to Brittany on the phone and meeting her in person she made me feel right at home. Moving to Wabash Manor was a great choice for me and my son. The staff makes you feel right at home, regardless what I needed, they made it happen and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property.

|Recommended: YesAmazing And Family Friendly — It's nice and clean, the apartments are gorgeous, The laundry room isn't far at all and there's also a code for them as well, the gym is lovely and clean, the Staff is Professional You will love love love Brittney, Work Orders are done Quickly, It's very safe and secure due to the passcode needed locks on the doors, it's a very quiet neighborhood even in the summer, the mall is extremely close, if you catch the bus its not long of a walk at all.
